Absolutely useless....I've been trying to return a Rowing Machine that's not fit for purpose for the last three weeks. Powerhouse Fitness keep blaming the courier company XDP which ironically don't have a working phone number or email address. XDP have missed their arranged collection dates.
Powerhouse Fitness don't want to know. They've basically stollen almost £400 from us. They don't return phone calls or emails.
I would avoid at all costs.
