Even when u call them - it’s like speaking to a robot - and the answer is always No, No, No we don’t do that, No we haven’t got that, No and more No, I’m not sure who answers but I’ve called two to three times now to spend at least 1k on a treadmill but it’s awful if you ask them anything, and the man answering the 0141 number sounds half asleep
I’ll take my business elsewhere, it’s put me off, terrible customer service - whoever owns this company needs to start again with his/her staff
