My rowing machine broke while under warranty and it took customer services 5 months to send me completely the wrong part, so the rowing machine is still unusable. I informed them and the tech services people took my information and said customer services would get back to me within 2 days, they did and asked me how I wanted to proceed. I replied to them with a number of questions and they still have not got back to me after 2 weeks. Frankly appalling service.
