Further to my previous review...
Edit: after posting the first review I was contacted by Customer Services and because the part could not be obtained and because the machine was now not stocked I was offered a new rowing machine, that arrived this morning (3 days after talking to them). All assembled and working fine.
The service is good, but you need to speak to a person. Don't just e-mail.
