Can't rate Michael at Fitshop (formerly Powerhouse) in Aberdeen highly enough. He went that extra mile and then some. Extremely knowledgeable (especially given his background and education in fitness and health), professional but in an approachable/friendly way. Received excellent advice (relevant to my specific sports injury) and, he was completely up-front, ie giving me the cons (including warranty/possible after sales issues) as well as the pros of the machines without prompting.
