I have been waiting for parts for my Taurus indoor bike for 11 months now, the waiting time was supposed to be up to 6 months. I paid for it straight away, they did not have to wait for my money but... after countless emails back and forth, they told me back on the 24 of January 2025 that they were expecting the parts the following week... a month later and the parts are still not here, how long does it take to ship from Germany? I called them on the 25th of February 2025 and I was told they think it might be coming on the 28th, they did not seem too sure about it, so who knows when or if I will get those missing parts.....
