Terrible customer service, spent weeks emailing to find out an answer to a very simple question. Had conflicting information from different people, and no explanation as to why?!
The product I purchased is very good (B15 spin bike) and would recommend, however I find powerhouse fitness to be the most unprofessional and incompetent company on this planet. I seriously just hope I don’t have any issues with the product as I do not wish to deal with this company again!
