Avoid using this company at all costs. Well aware that under the circumstances a company like this will be incredibly busy but how hard is it to communicate with customers in regards to their orders? Quick enough to take the money out your account (no problems there surprisingly) but they don’t answer emails or pick up the phone when trying to find out whether the order has been sent out or even processed at all.
Shambles of a company.
