Awful customer service, they’re just interested in taking your money and not bothered about anything else.
I waited several weeks for the cross trainer to arrive and when it did it was broken
Waited another month for an engineer and been told now it’s two more weeks
Absolute joke considering I bought the machine for lockdown and we’ll be out soon
