Ordered a treadmill from Powerhouse fitness in march, arrived quite quickly considering lockdown. That's where the good service ends, treadmill was faulty, was asked to send a video via email which we did. This was sent to technical support. Weeks later it was suggested we take the treadmill apart to check the fault, sorry but this wasnt happening. We was not prepared to dismantle the treadmill that should have been checked before dispatch. Eventually a replacement was arranged. This had now been going on for so long that we had actually moved house! Our replacement was sent to the new address and they arranged collection of the faulty treadmill from the old address!!! We currently have two treadmills stuck in our garage, we have been unable to check the new treadmill as we dont have the space to unpack it. We have been in contact with the company several times to change the collection address so we can arrange collection. Absolutely terrible customer service, would never deal with them again.
