I ordered a graphics card but the box was damaged in the shipping process. Since this was for a gift, I requested a new one be sent and have the old one returned. Powerstripe handled everything quickly. They scheduled UPS to come and take the old one back, and they sent me a new one and mailed it to me. The whole return process took about a week and a half, including the delivery. And no return shipping... which was nice. Would use again.
