Wanted to buy a PC, but was not sure of all the techy description being given. Called customer service and clarified doubts, but still felt a bit hesitant as to the final click to buy. The rep sensed my hesitation and told me to go to the store before that final click as to be completely confident with my purchase. I did just that and low and behold, all that I was told online, was certified in store. I did go again online, called the rep and gave him my business and thanks.
