Delivery and purchase were all fine, usual high level of competence for the Makita Cordless mower (I already own 7 of their tools) Contacted Power Tools U.K. regarding the lack of a mulching plug and their polite reply was confirmed by the Manual that this device is an optional extra. Which confirms the expression”Read the manual first”.
