Good prices , waited a long time for delivery so I rang up to enquire where the item was only to be told it had only come into stock the same day .I order products on the basis that it is in stock. I would like the option to cancel and order elsewhere rather than be left hanging with no communication until I chased the order. It was delivered very quickly once they actually had one to send me.
