Packaging was not great - came in a Milwaukee branded clear plastic bag inside an old Bosch drill cardboard box. I know it was only a bare tool without hard case but I did think it would come in a branded cardboard box. I did manage to register it for Milwaukee’s warranty extension so it is legitimate. The price was the best available on the internet. So overall very happy with small compromises for a great tool for a great price.
