The Power Tools UK ordering process was straight-forward and the communications were good. However, the orbital sander was wrapped in the manufacturer's plastic bag, then a bubble-wrap bag and finally an outer plastic bag - the result was that the hard plastic parts of the sander associated collection box were protruding on the outside of the package and quite vulnerable to damage when sending through the post. Fortunately the item was delivered undamaged - I've therefore given a 4 star review based upon the less than ideal packaging.
