We phoned and spoke to someone before buying a reciprocating saw and were very impressed with the 'human' customer service. The chap we spoke to was friendly and knowledgeable and we didn't have to wait in a queue to talk. Item arrived promptly and was well packaged. Very happy with the DeWalt saw and accessories, it's a quality item.
