I had massive issues with the delivery which was 100% a FedEx issue.
Power Tools UK were extremely helpful and proactively contacted me to give me updates based on their discussions with FedEx.
I would happily buy from them again as they took real ownership of an issue which was as much out of their control as it was mine.
