Usually the service is excellent, however, my recent order still hasn't arrived. I had a notification from the courier company on Monday which had an incorrect address on it so I emailed Power Tools UK straight away so they could contact the courier company to rectify but have had no goods and no correspondence from either the courier or Power Tools UK. I have sent a further email today requesting a response and confirmation that replacements are being sent but not yet had a reply!
