Placed order on 27/12 which was acknowledged by email. Money taken out my account on 1/1 but have still had no contact stating order is ready for shipping and it’s now 5th of Jan. I’m guessing they don’t have stock of what I ordered but it would be good to be kept up to date with my order. Turns out this company are actually not too far from where I live (after doing a bit of research) so will likely just turn up a trade counter to find out what’s going on with my order.
