Never received any tracking info , had to make two phone calls to find out at what stage my delivery was at,, box item was sent in seemed to have been opened and taped up again? Item itself was a battery grease gun, has grease in the chamber, maybe this is normal, ? Tool looks good , I still have to use it ,, Liam.
