Placed an order on the Friday, wasn't too sure when to expect as it said pre order, so decided to do the live chat. The advisor was ever so friendly and helpful and told me my parcel was in fact out for delivery and coming today (Tuesday). Love the pram & the service is 100% highly recommend. Will definitely use again.
