The process of ordering online and being delivered was very simple. The delivery company kept us upto date with the process of the delivery by text and when delivery date was unsuitable it was very easy to change it. It also gave options of where the delivery could go. Also very happy with both highchairs so glad we saw they were reduced buying two of everything for twins can be expensive so it was ideal.
