I placed my order without issue and called shortly after to query the estimated delivery time as I was overseas. I was assured it would be dispatched that very same day and felt confident with that. When I called two days later to ask whether I would hear from the delivery company I was told my order hadn't been dispatched. It took four hours and multiple calls to them find out it was being dispatched as we speak. A friend had ordered the same product 24hrs after me and had already received hers by this point. I couldn't fault that staff but I was never given a reason as to why there had been a delay and this fact would make me wary ordering again in a hurry. I did receive my product very quickly after this.
