I've bought an Uppababy pram from this company last year and it was delivered promptly with excellent customer service. However, I recently purchased a 'rocking animal' for my son, only to find that it could not be constructed due to screw holes that did not line up. The green fur also came out and was all over my babies face. I sent it back and was told that they would send a replacement out ASAP. I reaffirmed that I wanted the 'dinosaur rocker' specifically. On arrival, the rocker was not the dinosaur one id asked for (for the second time) but a different design (snail). I'm now attempting to get hold of them for the third time to try and get the original purchase I was after. I've been trying to get through for the past 15 minutes with no answer. Not impressed since this was a present.
