It would be helpful if paying by Amex wasn't an option as apparently you are unabel to accept Amex for online purchases. However when I called to find out why my payment wasn't accepted the lady was very helpful. We are also experiencing problems with delivery, we received a text which allowed us to request interlink delivery to a shop nearby only to receive another text on the day of delivery to say that they were unable to deliver to the shop. This was very annoying as we were already out for the day when we received the text saying they couldn't delivery to the shop!
