To be honest I was very disappointed, I ordered a product online only to be informed the next day by voicemail that the actual product had been discontinued and there was no such items in stock. I tried to call back and waited 5 minutes to get through to customer services, only for the phone to be answered and then put down. I tried again and waited 21 minutes for the phone to be answered. The lady did apologise and say I would be refunded but today funds have left my account and not been returned.
