I was a little disappointed that the car seat I ordered was not in stock but my payment was taken and I did not receive a phone call till a day later making me aware of this and I still have not received a phone call telling me the car seat I have ordered is back in stock nor on its way. However the lady who called was polite and helpful in making me aware of the situation.
