I ordered two items from the PramCentre online, both were needed urgently as twins arrived earlier than expected. They called me the day after my order was placed to advise one item was out of stock and wouldn't be available for 2-3 weeks. I decided to cancel the item and purchase from elsewhere, confirming that I still required the other part of my order. A few days later, having received nothing I emailed the customer services to find the whole of my order had been cancelled. Whilst apologetic, the only option was to re-order and as I could get next day delivery from an alternative supplier I did that instead.
