Purchased a pram and accessories on the saturday (paypal debited immediately), received a missed phone call on monday and spent 32 minutes on hold attempting to reply. The call was answered at 17.02 and I was told the lady I needed to speak to left at 17.00! So on Tuesday she called (half an hour later than we agreed) to tell me the pram I ordered and had paid for was out of stock and "may take several weeks" to come into stock (despite it being listed as in stock online). Awaiting a refund which funnily enough hasn't been immediate. ......
