The ordering process was very straight forward and a question I asked by phone was answered promptly and satisfactory. The product was received within three days as advertised but we did not receive a phone call advising of delivery arrangement and so missed delivery the day before. The product, a car seat, is excellent. High quality and very secure. Overall we are very pleased with Pram Centre and would happily order from them again.
