Got a great deal on the family fix base, pebble and pearl - however they arrived non-branded, bashed-up card board boxes as if returned by another customer. No damage to the items though so still happy with our purchase.
Pramworld sent the wrong car seat adaptors too, but quickly arranged delivery of the new ones, and collection of the old one - so overall a pleasant transaction. Would probably use again.
