Very happy with the service when purchasing my nursery furniture and also a few items from you online. Before leaving the shop last Thurs however, I made an enquiry about a car seat you had for sale with a missing hood, asking if a hood could be sourced for me? The sales assistant took my partners details and I was assured she would be called the following day to answer my query and therefore to allow me to go ahead with an additional purchase. Extremely disappointed and annoyed however that 3 days later I have still not received a phonecall. Poor service puts me off using the store again. I have spent over £1000 in your store in the last week and not to be given the courtesy of a phonecall to answer my query I find very disrespectful to say the least.
