Over the moon with the customer service, which I thought was exceptional. Had saved £50 on the item I ordered and decided to get it delivered rather than go to collect from the store. Not only did I receive a text that evening (the day I placed my order) telling me it'd be delivered the next day, but I then received one that morning telling me the delivery would be within a certain time. True to their word, the pram centre delivered right in the middle of this one hour slot. Extremely impressed, and already recommended to colleagues, family and friends. Many thanks!
