Never purchase items online with this company. There is no way of knowing if the item is in stock until you have paid the money. If in my case the item is not in stock and you are offered a 2 week wait, you will request a refund, your money is returned 5 days later. This is an unacceptable practice, it means that I am out of pocket until my money is returned, meaning I am unable to purchase the item anywhere else whilst I wait.
Do not buy online from this company until they sort their online purchasing system out.
It is certainly not customer friendly.
