Buying process was relatively simple and straight forward. A bit annoying that there's no free delivery option, and therefore the delivery charges are steep. Other companies offer a free service for bigger items. There is also no ability to track your order nor any indication of delivery date until a text is received on the day of delivery.
Overall I'd say the process is good but not great, there are improvements which could be made.
