Pram arrived with carry-cot missing but after contacting the helpline a replacement was sent out. Girl on the phone couldn't have been more helpful. Price of travel system on the black Friday sale was brilliant and too good to pass up. Very pleased with our purchase and in dealing with Pramcentre.co.uk.
