I ordered on Saturday afternoon and received delivery of 'Emily the snail' Tuesday lunchtime, quicker than I had expected. ????
During ordering I accidentally pressed back and forgot to re-enter my delivery address details, oops. But I had no need to worry as I went onto the chat function and chatted with a wonderful lady called Melissa who corrected my delivery address, no fuss and super helpful.
I am extremely happy with both the quality of the product and the excellent customer service I have received and will be ordering again in the near future.
