Bought a crib and 3 piece bed set for my granddaughter and the service was first class. The bed set was out of stock, annoying but it happens. Received a call informing me and offering an alternative which I took. It was delivered the next day but a 2 pice was dispatched in error. Phoned to point out the error and received an apology with the missing item dispatched for delivery the very next day. A lesson for others in how to do excellent CUSTOMER SERVICE.
