The customer service was excellent. I couldn' t locate the third anchor point for the top tether so I wasn't sure whether the Bi-Tiger SPS Isofix car seat was compatible with my car. I enquired by email and the response was spontaneous and I was shown the exact location of that anchor point. The two car seat I have bought, the Premium i-fix and the one mentioned earlier, were delivered within less than 3 days of placing the order online. It's obviously too early to comment on their durability but they look impressive and sturdy. In addition, the kids just like them.
