I ordered the product in grey and the item arrived in black. The only thing redeeming it from being 1 star is the service I got on your online chat to resolve the issue. The product will be collected and the new grey one delivered this week, hopefully this time it will be correct!
Also, as an online shop it is remarkably difficult to understand your returns policy or find out how to return something. There should be more information on the website and some delivery documents with the delivery that make it easy if there is an issue.
