Frustrated, as had ordered an item and it is not in stock.
Although I had a voicemail to let me know the item wasn't in stock an email would have been better or ideally showing stock availability at point of purchase.
Customer service did not have any record of my order and had to call me back to let me know my purchase wasn't on the way.
The customer service person was very pleasant so saved from a very poor review.
