I purchased the high chair in readiness for the birth of my first grandchild, I know she won't need it for a while, but the price was right. I received it quickly, however the was a slight fault with the tray. When I contacted customer services, they sent me out a replacement for the next day. That's super service!! I checked the chair over, and it's gone away now ready for baby to need it. The only thing I'm slightly nervous about is that I am unsure if the seat will stay in height position.. I think it's likely that thats just me, as the highchair looks to be lovely quality
