I am so impressed that I ordered a cot (around 13th Feb) last weekend and you guys took the time and care to action my request of having it delivered on Fri 19th Feb when I had a day off and could be in my house to take delivery of it. I cannot begin to describe how much easier and stress free this has made it, especially being pregnant . I ordered some other things from other stores and have had no end of troubles getting items delivered and one bulky item I had to even have delivered to my work address and get a family member to collect in their car for me.......but with Pram Centre, you guys seem to do things right....long may it continue because there are few businesses these days that do this. The cot I ordered was damaged (one end only) upon delivery but it appears to have been the courier company at fault as the packaging was very damaged, I really wish courier companies would take care with parcels - this may be something to bring up with the courier company you use or put "fragile" stickers on the boxes (although who knows if the courier company will pay attention to these). Pram Centre were very good at sorting out a replacement end on a day I specified, it has not arrived yet and I am hoping the correct end arrives on the correct day and you will have an even more happy customer :-)
