When i placed my order I received a e-mail stating I had purchased a product, i then didn't hear anything back and with the Christening I was attending fast approaching I emailed the company. The replies I received were sent very quickly and were very helpful. The lady told me that my parcel had already been delivered earlier that day while I was at work. Although there was a mix up with the conformation email and my number was given to the courier with a digit missing, I understand mistakes do happen and I am extremely pleased with the service I received all round!!! I will definitely be ordering from the pram center again as i enjoyed my experience with the company. I would like to thank Angela Walker at the other end of the pram center email service i contacted for all the help she gave me despite my email chasing my product.
