The item I ordered was not in stock and I received a call from a lovely lady who apologized. She gave me a new delivery date and it arrived when she said. I received several text messages from their delivery service (Interlink Express) keeping me up to date with the status of my order, giving me a very clear time of arrival (1 hour window) with an option to call and change if this was not convenient for me. I was very impressed with the service I received all round and would not hesitate to use PramCentre.co.uk again.
