Very good service from the time I ordered online. Payment taken and confirmed immediately. Delivery was organised within 1 hour and goods delivered to me, 90 miles from Glasgow, the following day. Goods left in shed outside and the driver locked up everything then sent a text to say all completed. Lots of contact by text to advise time of delivery, delivery options etc even down to the name of the driver! As a General Store Manager of a major retail store I was hugely impressed by the overall experience and would not hesitate to recommend this store.........by the way my daughter was delighted with the pram and we re now awaiting the baby arriving soon.
