I contacted the Pram centre this morning having lost the instructions to my sons cot bed . I spoke to a lovely lady called Morag who immediately emailed me a copy of the instructions even though this set is about 5 years old.
What a star! Very helpful, polite and knowledgeable. Can't speak highly enough of this lovely lady and the service provided.
