Product ( from limited use) seems well made and was delivered to schedule. A high level of pre-purchase product information was provided via telephone support which aided choice of purchase and gave me confidence in Pram Centre. However, there is no supporting documentation with the product or paper receipt. The receipt in is an email format not compatible with the Maxi Cosi site ( you have to upload a copy to register) which makes registration a pain and you search for product numbers etc. (still a bit baffled!) It would be useful if the paperwork supplied contained the information needed to activate the manufacturer's warranty and made this process easier for the customer.
