I ordered a pram package via the website but only after I called first to check how long it would take to arrive, was told 2 weeks. I ordered the package but then received a call saying it would be approx 5 weeks. This was quickly rectified by them giving me a price match on a more expensive package, albeit was a different colour to what I wanted, I was still pleased. Fast delivery, arrived in 3 days of the phone call. Another small downside was the website wouldn't accept a debit or credit card, site crashed twice, ended up using PayPal. But would still use/recommend the company as very pleased with service, delivery and product after initial hiccups.
